Shol Lharya - The Lost City

A professor and two archaeology students, who are working on their thesis with him, hold an open-air lecture near the ruins of ancient Sparta. While on their way to Mount Taygetos, they are surprised by an earthquake. A landslide reveals a door and a staircase leading into the bowels of the mountain. There, they find strange inscriptions in an ancient and mysterious temple. From that moment, mystery piles upon mystery. A missing mummy leads them on a journey through Egypt, Libya, and Tunisia, culminating in the arid desert between Egypt and Sudan, where the mysteries deepen. During their journey, they encounter a mysterious figure who introduces them to a peaceful community living in the middle of the desert in areas considered uninhabitable. They battle with marauders who extort money from caravans. They discover an ancient temple and an underground city beneath the desert sands built by an ancient people from an unknown planet. All of this will radically change the lives of the two young men, who, from simple students, will become renowned archaeologists esteemed by the entire scientific community.
